Product Availability and Pricing If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Ring Size If your ArtmanJewelry.com ring does not fit, we will resize it free of charge within 45 days of its original shipment. Resizing will take approximately 10-14 business days.
Custom Jewelry We want to help you find exactly the jewelry you are looking for. If you'd like to create a custom piece of jewelry, you can place a special order and a custom design will be build just for you. To place a special order you can email us at service@artmanjewelry.com, call and speak to a diamond and jewelry consultant at 800-553-1414, or fax you request to 818-545-0640 and a specialist will reply to your request promptly.
Payment Methods For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods: • Credit cards: Use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. • Money Order • Checks: Orders will be shipped once the check has been cleared.
Shipments Are Insured We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all ArtmanJewelry.com orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.
Alternative Shipping Addresses If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
Saturday Delivery If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. FedEx Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. If Saturday Service is unavailable in your area, we can arrange for you to pick up your package at the FedEx World Service Center nearest you. Sales Tax Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in California.
Easy Returns To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Read the details of our 30-day Return Policy below.
Comparison Purchasing To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, ArtmanJewelry.com states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.
On the ArtmanJewelry.com Web site, we display the dimensions of our products based on the information received from our manufacturers. For any convex or rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process.
Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.

30-Day Return Policy Accepting Returns If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returning Your Order
To return an order to ArtmanJewelry.com, follow our three step process. 1. Call 1-800-553-1414 for a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the copy of the original invoice. 2. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate. For security reasons, do not write ArtmanJewelry.com anywhere on the outside of the box. 3. On your invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is listed as: Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached ArtmanJewelry.com. (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than ArtmanJewelry.com), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Note: ArtmanJewelry.com will not be responsible for loss or damage to shipments while on transit by carrier.
